Scott Shaw is the founder of Variance Point Advisory and a healthcare operations executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across multi-site healthcare platforms. He has held senior operating roles with full P&L responsibility exceeding $70M and has led large distributed teams through acquisition integration, de novo expansion, and operational performance improvement across multi-state healthcare organizations.

Scott’s work has focused on strengthening operational discipline, improving accountability structures, and stabilizing financial performance in complex service delivery models, including clinic-based therapy, home health, behavioral health, and residential care. His experience includes enterprise technology implementation, revenue cycle optimization, and scaling healthcare platforms during periods of rapid growth.

Through Variance Point Advisory, he works with private equity–backed healthcare platforms to identify operational variance, strengthen governance and accountability architecture, and restore operational leverage in multi-site healthcare organizations.
